We have established a unique supply chain that is different from the conventional “salon distribution” that is unreasonably costly by the time it reaches the salon through multiple distribution channels. We consolidate our products in our own distribution center to provide a speedy and cost-effective delivery service.
The largest distribution center in the beauty industry is located in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, and a second center is newly established in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture. Our own operations have enabled it to provide an unparalleled delivery service, with orders placed before 5:00 p.m. shipped the same day and free shipping for orders of 3,000 yen or more. In addition, the two locations have enabled us to expand our next-day delivery area, increase our inventory and shipping capacity for greater convenience, and diversify our risks in the event of disasters.

In fiscal year 2025, our sales composition ratio by product type was 70.5% for NB (equipment and cosmetics from national brands) and 62.2% for cosmetics and supplies. The proportion of purchases of cosmetics and supply products for repeated use has expanded rapidly, exceeding 60%.
